Frequently Asked Questions
Refrigerate Treats for a longer shelf life
We are very focused on quality ingredients and making soft treats. As a result, the shelf life of our treats is shorter than most commercial dog biscuits. The simple solution to extending the life of our treats is to keep them cool.
Our biscuit treats will stay shelf stable for about 2 weeks on the counter. (Our vegan treat, Milo & Oats, may last up to 3 weeks due to its vegan ingredients.) This means that you can bring these treats on all your adventures. In-between adventures, please store the treats in the refrigerator so that they will stay fresh for 2 months. If your pup takes more time to enjoy our treats, they can be stored in the freezer up to 6 months with no effect on the treat.
How can I find you around the seattle area?
Pick up your online order within 24-48 hours at The Barking Lounge in South Lake Union, Gigglechops Dog Wash in Magnolia or Great Dog in Northgate. Simply select the pick up location in the shipping options. You will receive an email confirming your pick up time.
Visit our events page to see which dog events we will be attending.
Please contact us via email if you would like to coordinate a pick up or delivery for treats. We will do what we can to keep your pups happy. Depending on the location, there may be a delivery fee.
Are you involved with your community?
We value our community and support the shop local philosophy. Please allow us to introduce our vendors:
The Millionair Club Charity has their own community mission to support the men and women who are experiencing homelessness or unemployment in Seattle and King county by providing employment opportunities, hot meals and other essential support services. By renting their commercial kitchen, we fund this non-profit.
The packaging for our biscuit treats comes from Pacific Bag, Inc., based out of Woodinville, WA. Along with coffee bags, they focus on developing quality products for pet food distributors. We collaborate with the Seattle based label solutions company, Working Wonders LLC, to make our product labels.
We are an advocate of adoption. We actively support our local shelters and other local dog-focused companies by attending their fundraising events as a vendor. We have worked with Emerald City Pet Rescue, Frankie’s Friends, Motley Zoo Animal Rescue, Pawsitive Alliance, COLA (Citizens for Off Leash Areas), PAWS, Seattle Animal Shelter, Seattle Humane and more! Supporting these rescues will continue to be a goal for our company.
